Come spend a weekend in the beautiful north country of Georgia! Unicoi State Park serves as home-base for this active, and family-focused weekend, open to all families in Georgia that have a Hemophilia diagnosis. GutMonkey will take you to a majestic overlook at the top of Blood Mountain, along the Appalachian trail, and kayaking down the beautiful lower Chestatee river to explore your own wild backyard and what you and your family are capable of, regardless of a bleeding disorder. Come ready to play hard, explore your relationships, and spend a weekend soaking in the splendor of the North Georgia Mountains! Application Criteria: Any child or adult with a hemophilia A or B diagnosis and their family that resides in Georgia. Children must be a minimum age of 7 to attend this event due to the physical nature of activities and weight requirements for some activities.
