HEMOPHILIA B COnnection Club

All human relationships require time spent with one another to develop and grow. And yet it’s easy in life to get so busy that we don’t always end up with the kind of quality time with our people that we desire. Connection Club is a chance for adults with hemophilia B to set aside time to pause, play, reflect, and enjoy the connections that they have with others in their lives.

GutMonkey will keep you moving with games, challenges, and conversations. And of course you can expect the occasional twist.

This program is unique because you can sign up with a person or people that you share a relationship with where you’d like just a little more time to Connect! Partners, family, friends…you pick who signs on to this virtual event with you. Whoever you bring, you’re sure to share some laughs, learn more about each other, and have a ton of fun!

Virtual Event Date: July 22, 2021 6-8PM PST (7PM MT, 8PM CT, 9PM ET)

Virtual Event Date: August 5th, 2021 7-9PM EST (6PM CT, 5PM MT, 4PM PT)

Registration Deadline: July 29th

Please note that the program times are listed in different time zones. You may attend from any time zone.

Eligibility. You are eligible if you are at least 18 years old and fall into the following categories:

• A person with hemophilia B (even if you have not yet received a diagnosis)

• A guest of someone with hemophilia B.

A Guest is someone with a close relationship to, and should specifically be invited by, the person with hemophilia B.

Please make sure that you share the name of the other people in your duo or small group in the registration form below. Each person in a duo or small group, should attend the same session/s at the same physical location. Thank you for coordinating with your party before registering.

Find the right session for your schedule! We’re offering two duplicate programs. You can choose to attend either one or both! While the activities will be the same, you can choose to invite different guests to each session for a completely unique experience.

Mail Call We will send you one package (per session) of program materials for your duo or group to the address provided in the registration form/s below. Please be sure to provide a reliable mailing address and include any special mailing instructions.

Only the affected person needs to fill out the registration form below, but every participant must complete a participant agreement in order to attend. You will find the link to the participant agreement in a pop-up window when you submit or registration or by clicking the “participant agreement” button.
