Leading Edge at New England Hemophilia Association Family Camp
Since 1992, NEHA has offered Family Camp to anyone with a bleeding disorder who receives care in New England. This vital program aims to accomplish two goals: to increase acceptance and management of the diagnosis and to build strong community connections. InhibitCon is a new CHES Foundation program with three distinct tracks designed for the inhibitor community: Caregiver, Adult Men, teens and kids. The adult track will keep CHES’ long standing Momentum inhibitor program intact. This weekend program is packed full of education and support. InhibitCon offers topics critical to the inhibitor community such as treatment products (existing and in development), health insurance changes, mental health support, techniques for continued venous access health, pain management and more.
