Programs for Patients

Live with more confidence and courage by challenging yourself in new and unexpected ways.

Change happens in the gut

True transformation occurs at the gut level–in the moments when you surprise yourself by doing something you never thought possible.

Like being suspended 50 feet in the air when you’re terrified of heights. Or finding yourself in a lip-sync battle, revealing a side of yourself the world rarely sees.

At GutMonkey, we create events that challenge patients with chronic health conditions to do things that take guts – so they can push beyond their “normal” and see what they’re truly made of.

You push the limits, we’ll provide the safety net

While a lot of what we do is fun and games, we also take participant safety very seriously.

Participants are always encouraged to take risks that feel comfortable for them, whether that’s playing a silly game, meeting a new friend, or tackling an element on a challenge course.

We also surround participants with experienced staff members who understand each condition and are always working to learn more—so they can offer thoughtful support and make modifications as needed.
