Akash Kumar

Akash works remotely from India, and manages all finance and accounting at GutMonkey – including QuickBooks, Dext, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and monthly/annual reporting.
He joined in 2021 and led a full financial cleanup, improving accuracy to the point where GutMonkey now closes each year with clean books and no tax-season adjustments.
Akash has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance. Outside of work, he’s a husband, dad to a two-year-old, and a motorcycle enthusiast who loves early morning countryside rides.
Q. What would you do on a YES day?
Go out on my Royal Enfield motorcycle.
Q. What is the scariest thing you’ve ever done?
Bungee jumped from a height of 270 ft.

Accounting and Finance.

We should not treat others in a way that we wouldn’t like for ourselves.
