Jo Linden

Facilitator

Jo Linden (she/her) is a facilitator and educator who has been working with youth and adult groups since 2011. She loves creating spaces where people can connect authentically with themselves, each other, and the natural world. Jo has facilitated leadership development and social-emotional learning programs in classrooms, on challenge courses, and in organizational settings and is energized by the transformative power of experiential learning and authentic community.

Jo holds a Master of Science in Teaching, is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and has studied the neuroscience of trauma and resilience with Dr. Bruce Perry and Dr. Dan Siegel. She brings an understanding of human development and nervous system awareness into her facilitation work, supporting groups to build trust, navigate challenges, and grow together.

When she’s not facilitating, Jo can be found hiking in the Pacific Northwest and the Rocky Mountains (she splits her time between Portland and Denver), reading nerdy psychology books, writing reflective personal essays on what it means to be human, and adventuring with her wife and her mini Aussie, Rosie.
