Stroll, roll, or stride – whatever feels right for you. We select trails for accessibility so everyone can move at their own speed.
Build skills for the trail & daily life
Along the way we’ll pause to share skills for staying safe, feeling confident outdoors, and making everyday bleeding disorder management a little easier.

Is Pathfinders for me?
If you’re reading this, then Pathfinders is likely for you! These accessible events are crafted for folks from all walks of life in the bleeding disorders community. The more, the merrier! We take special care to make these short trail trips work for folks with limited mobility or mobility devices.
Is there one near me?
Check our events calendar to find an upcoming Pathfinders event near you, or contact your local chapter advocacy organization to see if Pathfinders is coming to a trail near you.
What should I expect?
We select trails that are highly accessible. Expect relatively flat and smooth trails. Even with these considerations, we do our best to get into natural areas.
Also expect short activities to help educate about accessing nature, and bringing your community closer together.
